Desktop plans run on your own machine. Cloud studio runs on ours, which is why it is metered.

What to know before you pay

Who you buy from: Purchases are made from Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. “Paddle” appears on your card statement rather than StreamLumo — that is expected.
What it costs: The prices above are in US dollars and exclude tax. Paddle converts them to your currency and adds any VAT, GST or sales tax due where you live, and shows you that final amount before you pay anything. Nothing is charged until you confirm it.
Changing your mind: Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no reason needed. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The free plan: Free forever on desktop, not a trial. Output carries a StreamLumo watermark; every paid plan removes it.

StreamLumo is in early access. Desktop Studio is the surface going out now; the browser and mobile capabilities in the Pro and Advanced plans — cloud streaming, guests by link, and team management — open as those surfaces do. Plans are still being finalised ahead of general availability, and what is included in each may change. If a change affects a plan you are already on, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to a renewal, and you can cancel before then. See our Terms.
