Run a show with guests

Invite guests by link, check them off air, and admit them into a controlled browser production.

Chapter 01

How guests arrive

Every guest follows the same path: invite link, camera and microphone check, then the Green Room. Nobody reaches Program until you press Admit.

That approval step protects the show. You can see each arrival before the audience can.

Chapter 02

Running the room

  1. Send the link

    Guests → Invite

Create an invite in the Guests panel and send it however you like. The same link works on a laptop or a phone, and it survives the guest refreshing their browser.

  2. Admit from the green room

    Guests → Green Room

Each arriving guest appears under Green Room with a live preview, so you see them before your audience can. Press Admit when you are ready; Send to Green Room pulls anyone back off program without dropping their connection.

  3. Balance the conversation

    Guests · Private Chat

Every guest has their own volume control and level meters. Mute or hide a guest without dropping them, and use Private Chat to send a note only they can see. Drag tiles to reorder the wall.

  4. Pick the layout

    Layouts

Nine layouts cover the standard shapes of a show: Solo, Side by side, Grid 2×2, Grid, Interview, Presentation, Picture in picture, Single focus, and Full screen. A quick strip above the preview keeps the four you reach for most. Switching layouts is invisible to viewers; the program never stutters through a change.

  5. Share a screen

You or any guest can share a screen. Shares go through the same approval flow as cameras, and the layout adjusts to feature the shared content.

  6. Name a co-host

    Guests → Make co-host

Press Make co-host on a trusted guest's row and they wear a Co-Host badge. If your own connection fails, they inherit the controls and the show continues until you return.

Chapter 03

What the audience sees

One clean program feed. The picture is composed away from your machine, so one guest on hotel wi-fi degrades only their own tile, never the whole broadcast. The program streams to all of your connected platforms at once, and the Captions panel runs live captions in 30 languages and regional variants.
