Go-live checklist for a smoother StreamLumo show

A fast pre-show runbook for checking scenes, guests, audio, graphics, and destinations before you take the production live.

Before guests join

  • Confirm the show title, description, and destination settings are correct.
  • Load the right overlays, lower thirds, sponsor frames, and scene presets.
  • Check your camera framing, microphone levels, and recording destination.

Before you roll

  • Verify each guest feed has the expected camera, mic, and screen-share permissions.
  • Preview every scene you plan to use so layout issues show up before the take.
  • Run one short local recording to catch audio routing or sync problems early.

Final confidence checks

The last minute before a show should be for confirming, not troubleshooting. Watch output health, make sure backup assets are armed, and keep one clean intro scene ready so the audience sees a composed start even if a guest arrives late.

A small checklist keeps your attention on the show instead of the control surface. That is the difference between a stream that feels improvised and one that feels directed.
